That is why we employ qualified coaches who will advise you on every aspect of your training and diet.  We’ll benchmark your performance on our Watt Bike and compile performance programmes tailored to your needs and requirements, so that we can work with you throughout your journey.

Tom is an experienced cyclist with the training and expertise to take you where you want to go by assessing your level of fitness and riding technique and then providing you with the support to improve your performance.
