Temporary Position (Summer months) - Potential For Permanent Position.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate cyclist with a strong work ethic and excellent customer care skills. This role requires previous mechanical experience and ideally a Cyctec level 2 qualification.
A typical working day consists of a 9am start and a 5:30pm finish
The role includes:
Taking responsibility for the work shop department of the shop; organising work orders, communicating effectively with customers and suppliers, ordering parts, dealing with warranty claims, stock control, maintaining excellent product knowledge and ability to consult customers on parts and upgrades.
The role requires understanding and experience of servicing high-end road, MTB and electric bikes, wheels and components. Training will be given in the areas required, including BOSCH certification for electric bikes, however experience is a must, and ideally we are looking for someone with Cytec qualifications.
The position is open now and the right candidate would need to be able to start immediately.
We are open Monday – Saturday and the right candidate would be expected to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays.
