Triathlon  – 1/2 Ironman16

A 16 week package for the individual looking to complete their first ½ Ironman Triathlon event.

Sent by E-mail weekly, this program is tailored for the athlete with 10-14 hours a week to train and would like to build on an existing fitness base to take on their first long distance triathlon event and finish in in style. Some triathlon or endurance event experience is recommended as the body must adapt to the rigors of the longer distance event. For the novice athlete we recommend completing the Olympic12.1 package first to give the body ample time to adapt.

This package includes feedback to the coach monthly through the feedback form provided to ensure adherence to the schedule.

Cost: £50

+Option: Add a Shop based Watt bike assessment session to gain in depth knowledge of training zones, Cadence zones and pedal technique, complete with report, which allows more effective and specific training.
