Watt Bike Assessments:
- Ramp Test.
- Cadence Analysis.
- Threshold/TT Analysis.
- Pedal Stroke Analysis.
Watt bike Sessions Descriptions:
£45 per session.
Duration approximately 1 hour.
1 Ramp test.
Have your fitness tested with the ramp test which takes you to your aerobic limits in order to calculate all the training zones necessary for the seasons training in wattage and heart rate.
2 Cadence analysis:
Have your cadence looked in detail with this comprehensive cadence ramp and pedal stoke analysis which will tell you which cadences work best for you in order to improve you efficiency of power production.
3 Threshold analysis:
Complete this test to correctly identify steady state at threshold in order to set heart rates and wattage for Triathlon and Time Trial athletes. Run as 2 consecutive runs for accuracy the session will also look at leg endurance and pace setting.
4 Pedal technique and fit check session:
Have your pedal stoke assessed to identify issues with technique and highlight muscle imbalances of the leg.
This session can also be used to check bike fit with relation to ability to pedal.
