Watt Bike – Full Session
A comprehensive testing and coaching session for the riders looking to gain valuable information to improve training potential.
This Watt bike session lasts for 2 hours and will include:
1) A pedal technique analysis and coaching.
2) Exercises given to improve technique as necessary.
3) A ramp test to generate training zones (HR and Wattage).
4) A threshold check to determine aerobic threshold.
5) A cadence analysis to determine best cadence for efficient power generation.
6) A full report in paper and E-mailed to the rider.
7) All results explained to the satisfaction of the customer.
For this session the customer must come with riding clothing including shoes and summer weight jersey and shorts, and the riders own pedals to be mounted on the Watt bike. Be well rested so no hard sessions the day before.
Preferably bring a bottle of suitable fluid.
The session will run in the fitness zone 1 on 1 with the coach and will involve a significant amount of work!
