Bike Choice
Pembrokeshire Bikes is stocked with some beautiful bikes by Bianchi, Colnago, Viner, Cannondale, Trek, Scott, Sabbath, LOOK and Kinesis. I didn’t know where to begin but the staff asked me all the right questions, listened and made notes to my answers and I began to get quite excited.
I had bought a bike to ride the Etape on advice from another shop and realised I’d made a mistake so I’d travelled a few 100 miles to visit Pembrokeshire Bikes. After a day test riding and changing components on various bikes I found the perfect machine and a few months later achieved my goal and reached the top of the Tourmalet in front of the broom wagon.
We visited them on recommendation and it was easy to see why, they were really passionate and enthusiastic about the products they stock. Their knowlege and explanations simplified our selection process and made us confident we’d be spending our money wisely. The test rides were exciting and even though it was our first time wearing cleated shoes, without incident. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I always enjoy visiting them, they are quite happy for me to browse and chat and they never put me under any pressure. We spent an enjoyable morning riding various bikes and I made my decision over a home-made ham salad sandwich they
treated me to. In my opinion, their level of service far outweighs the time I spend travelling to see them.
