Pembrokeshire Bikes is based in Narberth on the Rushacre Enterprise Park having previously been based in Fishguard. For Fishguard customers, there is a bike collection and delivery service at Mason & Phillips (do contact us first please). We pride ourselves on excellent after-sales service to keep your bike and equipment in tip top condition.

Pembrokeshire Bikes has new premises in Narberth allowing us to expand our service, including a mountain-bike course, a fitness  testing area, bike repair workshop and bike fit equipment.

I took my bike to Pembrokeshire Bikes and explained the problem.  They made some notes, took it for a test ride and found the fault.  Tony advised me of the cost and offered to deliver it to my home to save me having to call back. I noticed they had a degreasing bath and asked them to valet it whilst they had it.

I like the fact that they let me know when my bike needs a service.

They’re very caring, I had a warranty problem which another shop had failed to resolve, they sorted it out for me straight away.  I wouldn’t go anywhere else and now my wife takes her bike to them as well.
